Shipping

We ship out our orders Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days of ordering except for items that are pre-ordered.

Domestic Shipping (Available for US and Canadian Customers):

Standard shipping (2-5 business days)- $5.99 via USPS or $6.99 Canada Post

Priority shipping (2-3 business days)- $12.99 via USPS Priority or $15.99 Canada Post

International Shipping:

We can and will ship to other locations around the world.  The the standard international shipping cost is $20.99 USD. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order via USPS or Canada Post. International customers will be sent a shipping confirmation when order is shipped. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from ship date for delivery

Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

Delivery Hiccups:

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order as once orders are shipped as we cannot change your address.  

Re-routed Packages

If your package is returned to us you have 14 days to contact us and request a re-shipment and are responsible for the cost of re-shipping.  If you decide not to reship your order, there will be no refund of the initial order, instead you will receive store credit and can use it to purchase another item.  After the 14 day period, we are no longer responsible for fulfilling your order and cannot issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Misdelivered Packages

In the rare case that your order is misdelivered, we will work with you to contact your local post office. You may get a faster result contacting them/visiting the post office as well, as sometimes they are able to retrieve your package and re-deliver.

Lost Packages

For cases where an order is lost, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery.  If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit.
